IT Consulting/Planning
In partnership with the IUSM Office of Facilities, ISTM leads the technology planning for all new and newly renovated IUSM facilities. All technology needs are covered during the planning process including:
ISTM also coordinates the planning and implementation of technology initiatives with IUSM strategic partners including UITS, Clarian, Wishard, Regenstrief and the VA.
ISTM offers services as an in-house information technology consultant for the School of Medicine and its partners. ISTM focuses on delivering or assisting in delivering consistent and coordinated technology implementations that support the school's mission. We provide assistance and guidance in any technology project including security, networking, desktop/server management, application development, technology planning, and data storage.

Content Management System: Assisted in the development of requirements, Request for Proposal and vendor selection.
New Building Projects: Assisted in the selection and implementation of technology for R3, Information Sciences, BRTC and Fairbanks building projects.
