ISTM has a mandate to provide Information Services assistance and support wherever possible within the IU School of Medicine. Additional missions are to enhance security and the School's overall IT environment by encouraging professionally accepted practices such as daily backups and secure file sharing.
In support of those missions, ISTM has restructured and streamlined its standard Service Level Agreement and is pleased to offer the following services on an economical Service Level Agreement basis to members and associates of the IU School of Medicine. A review of this information will provide a reasonable approximation of expected initial and recurring costs. Final costs, however, will be determined after an in-depth evaluation involving the prospective client and selected ISTM personnel.
