If you're a faculty or staff member within the IU School of Medicine with a technology question/problem, we're here to help.  Whether it's a question about computer/software support, hardware/software purchases, application development, vendor selection or IT consulting, we want to be your technology partner.

To Submit a Question: Please enter your IU user ID and click the "Find" button. This will attempt to populate the contact information from the University directory. If "Not found!" is returned, please complete the contact information manually. Once the contact information has been completed, please complete the description of your request. Once you have completed both sections, click the "Submit Request" button to submit your request. The system will respond with an incident number for tracking purposes.
